What is the tool «Team Agreement»?
The team agreement i created by a whole team in a workshop. The agrement states what the team wants to agree in order to work together in a way that everyone in the team has flow at work.

How can I use the Team Agreement?
The team agreement helps to define the team culture and to work together to ensure that this culture is created effectively. It is not a paper tiger, but a living document that can adapt to the needs of the team and is used on an ongoing basis to talk together about what can be done to live the desired team culture.
