Why do we need this tool?
Unfortunately, many people in today’s organizations are used to things not flowing, projects not moving forward or having to wait forever for decisions. Yet if there is no flow, not only are things not progressing, but people are themselves not in flow or see no point in their work.
The flow question encourages every person and every team to consider what they can do to bring flow back into their collaboration.
What is the tool «The Flow Question?»
The flow question is the hack, the direct link to more flow in every situation.
The flow question puts your flow glasses on and only lets you see the flow. This ensures that you don’t talk about side issues or that people react with “company games” (I don’t know what to do, so I invent some good-sounding action that doesn’t bring any flow).

Where can I use the Flow Question?
You can use the flow question reactively or actively.
Reactive: To bring flow back into a situation where something is not progressing, is unsatisfactory or does not convince anyone.
Active: To set something up in such a way that flow is present for everyone involved right from the start.
